Universal Law of Presence That I feed the hungry, forgive
an insult, and love my enemy- these are great virtues. But what if I should
discover that the poorest of beggars and the most impudent of offenders are
all within me..and that I stand in need of the alms of my own kindness, that
I myself am the enemy who must be loved.. What then

The
journey of our life is to learn to love ourselves. Not just the parts we feel
good about, but to love everything about us. It sounds easy- we would all say we
love ourselves if someone asked us. But how do we truly love ourselves. We love
ourselves by being present, being emotionally available. Loving ourselves and
being present in our lives is an extraordinary gift to us and to those around
us.
Most of us enjoy being present for sun, for
sharing, and for celebration. Not all of us equally enjoy being present for
challenges, hard times, emotionally difficult situations.
Being present to embrace the totality of our anger,
unforgiveness, stubborness or resistance may be a challenge we aren't always up
to. I invite you to become present, to feel all of your feelings, to acknowledge
those feelings. I invite you to release the addictive patterns of overspending,
over eating, over pleasing, drinking more alcohol than we need to, over judging
ourselves. I invite you all to ask yourselves 3 questions when you find yourself
angry, frustrated, sad, out of sorts.
HOW OLD AM I?
WHAT AM I
FEELING?
WHAT DO I NEED?
By asking ourselves
these 3 questions we can then take the necessary steps to heal whatever is out
of balance within ourselves, within our thinking. This helps us to establish a
healthy relationship with our inner child and we can then be more present in all
of our experiences. Being present is being in the moment in the now fully
available to respond to what the Universe is offering us.

MIGRATING
We birds are
migrating to our proper clyme, for seasons are changing as are epochs of time
the magnitude of which we don't understand as our sun's enveloped by the photon
band.
So mesmerized and programmed by TV the dawning of a new age we
don't see events past and future do now transpire for us to raise our
consciousness higher.
Mother Earth's receiving a greater Light She can
dispel Her unloving blight. She's raising Her natural vibration getting ready
for this celebration.
Unwittingly we birds of a feather are changing
course and flocking together sorting out the loving from the riffraff for soon
wheat will be winnowed from the chaff.
When lands crumble and Earths
poles realign there'll be major shifts in the paradigm who you truly are you'll
have to embrace as every bird flies off to its right place.
Consciously
choose what you'll manifest for what you think, say, and do builds your nest to
your course of flight may Love give you wings feel, express and follow where
your Heart sings.
